InfusionSoft

  • Invite analytics@praxismetrics.com as an API/Admin user
    • We have our own developer creds we can use to connect. However, if you would like to provide your own developer creds to manage the API calls, please provide your Client ID and Secret

    • To enable the API key, go to Admin > Settings and click on Application in the settings menu
    • Scroll down to the API section and enter a passphrase in the text box. The  API Passphrase is simply a password, or series of words that will be used to generate your unique API key. Be sure to remember your  passphrase if you ever need to generate your API key again.
    • After you enter a Passphrase, click on the Save button to generate the API key

    • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Account.
    • In the Staff accounts section of Accounts and permissions, click Add staff account.

    1. In your seller account, go to Settings > User Permissions > Third Party Developer and Apps : Visit Manage Your Apps, OR follow this link to go straight there: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/apps/manage
    2. Authorize a new developer with this ID: 473744043762
    3. You will then reach a page that provides your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token. Those are what we’ll need to authenticate the connector.

Google Analytics

We pull Google Analytics data to show session trends as well as to identify order sources. In order to do this, you must 1) have enhanced ecommerce set up 2) be capturing the order ID from your store as the “Transaction ID” in Google Analytics, and 3) be properly utilizing UTM links to direct traffic to your site.

  • Subdomain
    • This is the portion of the URL following https://. So if your company instance was https://mycompany.recurly.com, the subdomain would be mycompany.

(Make sure that, for the newly created API account, the order_view, order_find and product_index endpoint access is enabled.)

    • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
    • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users & Teams.
    • In the upper right, click Create user.

Zendesk

  • Username

    • We need whichever one you selected as your “Authenticate By” option
    • Click the Admin icon (gear icon) in the sidebar, then select Channels > API.
    • Click the Settings tab, and make sure Token Access is enabled.
    • Click the + button to the right of Active API Tokens.
    • Optionally, enter a description under API Token Description. The token is generated, and displayed for you:

Cake
