Would you like to have a direct impact on businesses by creating dashboards that companies will use immediately to grow? We require real-world experience in data analysis, data science, and KPI creation.

You will use pre-built API connections, SQL, and Domo’s other ETL tools to access various databases and prepare the data to be imported into Domo.  You will work closely with our client’s system administrators and teams who use the data and understand their data structure.  Good communication skills are important, as well as the ability to work with, and summarize large amounts of data in meaningful ways for non-technical clients. 

We require real-world experience in data analysis, data science, and KPI creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect disparate data sources
  • Access, load, transform, and manipulate data sets (ETL)
  • Create data visualizations and data stories to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify key performance indicators necessary to make strategic decisions and improve business operations and translate those into visualizations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand how to get insights from their data
    Implementing and administering Domo to end customers
  • Creating a benchmark / index of participating companies
  • Creating Domo apps
  • Domo administration and management

Required Qualifications:

  • Domo Accreditation and Domo Certification (certification can be provided once you work for us, but will be unpaid time)
  • SQL proficiency
  • Python or R is a plus
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus
  • Background in ecommerce, marketing, finance, or any other business area is a plus
  • Background in business consulting is a plus

In this role, you will be communicating with business professionals and addressing their current pain points with their data. This means you will need to have a good understanding of how businesses work and why their data matters. An understanding of marketing, finance, business intelligence, and data tracking would be very helpful. We require real-world experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning client relationship from beginning to end
  • Minimizing customer churn
  • Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints
  • Upselling the client
  • Educating the client on processes / tools
  • Managing expectations
  • Customer Advocacy (did we deliver what they want, or better)
  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience (KPI usage, monthly checkins / reviews of dashboard usage)

Want to Work Remote As an API Builder?

Would you like to have a direct impact on businesses by helping us build out API connections to extract valuable data from their disparate technologies into one place?

We require real-world experience in scripting, programming, and cloud platform database management.

You will be building out direct API connections into Domo (a BI tool) or into our AWS cloud database.  That data will all eventually be used in dashboards our clients use to run their entire business.  You will work closely with our team of dashboard engineers and our data consultants to determine what data should pass through the API into the dashboards.  Good communication skills are important, as well as the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner start-to-finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the ability to extract all relevant data from disparate data sources
  • Ability to accurately estimate timelines and cost of API build-outs
  • Ability to deliver consistent high quality API builds

Required Qualifications:

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
  • Python or R 
  • SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Background in ecommerce, marketing, finance, or any other business area is a plus
  • Background in business consulting is a plus
